The 2021 Open Enrollment Period has been extended to March 15, 2021. If you have questions about open enrollment – whether you want to find a new plan or make changes to your current one, we can help!

Be sure to bring these items with you:
• Birth dates for each household member applying for coverage

• Social Security numbers or document numbers for each household member applying for coverage, if they have an SSN or other document number
