Bennett received his Bachelor’s of Social Work from Salisbury University, and his Master’s of Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore Campus.
Most recently, Bennett was with the Salisbury Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Salisbury where he was the Director of Social Services since 2002.
