Dr. Mark Shaffer received his Bachelor of Science degree from United Wesleyan College, and his Master of Social Work from Marywood University, where he also received his Ph.D. in Human Development.
Before joining Chesapeake Health Care, Dr. Shaffer was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Work at Salisbury University where he taught advanced courses in social work practice and psychopathology.
