Reporting Patient Concerns: Chesapeake Health Care encourages you to bring any concerns or complaints about safety and quality of care to our attention. To contact us with your concerns, please call our Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement Coordinator, Christie Brittingham at 410-749-1015, send an email to [email protected], or contact the office where you receive care and ask to speak to the administrator or office manager. PLEASE NOTE that this email inbox is not monitored 24/7. We will respond during normal business hours. This email address is NOT for medical advice.
