Concerns and Complaints

Reporting patient concerns: Chesapeake Health Care encourages you to bring any concerns or complaints about safety and quality of care to our attention. To contact us with your concerns, please call our Compliance Officer at 410-749-1015, or send an email to complaints@chesapeakehc.org, or contact the office where you receive care and ask to speak to the Administrator or Office Manager.

Chesapeake Health Care is a Joint Commission-accredited health care organization. You may contact the Joint Commission at www.jointcommission.org or at (800) 994-6610 to have them review a concern/complaint that relates to quality of care issues within the scope of Joint Commission standards.
