Maryland Medicaid and the Maryland Children’s Health Program (MCHP) require regular renewals to keep your coverage active. If you received mail, email, or texts about renewing your benefits — or if your situation has changed — now is the time to act.

Join us for FREE, in-person help from Chesapeake Health Care’s Certified Application Counselors, who can assist you with:

• Medicaid and MCHP renewals
• New Medicaid applications
• Updating household or income information
• Exploring health insurance options through the Maryland Health Connection if you no longer qualify for Medicaid
• Help finding plans and financial assistance, if eligible

Please bring the following items with you:

• Birthdates for each household member applying for coverage
• Social Security Cards or Numbers for household members applying
• One month of proof of income for all household members (pay stubs, 2025 W-2s, or previous year tax returns)
• Citizenship or immigration information for anyone applying
• A photo ID and a valid email address
• Information about any employer-sponsored health insurance available to your household
