What is Adult & Family Medicine?
Adult & Family Medicine provides primary and preventive health care for adults ages 18 and older. Services focus on maintaining overall health, managing chronic conditions, and addressing acute medical concerns. Chesapeake Health Care is currently accepting new adult and family medicine patients.
Services may include:
- Annual physicals and wellness visits
- Management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
- Sick visits and minor injury care
- Preventive screenings and immunizations
- Coordination of specialty care when needed
Adult & Family Medicine services are available at multiple Chesapeake Health Care locations throughout the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland.
