We want to make sure you get to your appointment to get the care you need! We offer non-emergency transportation for our patients who don’t have any other means to make their appointment with Chesapeake Health Care’s providers of:

• Adult Medicine
• Dental
• OB/GYN
• Pediatrics
• Behavioral Health

Transportation Eligibility

  • Patients must have exhausted all other means of community medical transportation services.
  • The patient must be physically able to get in and out of the vehicle without assistance or be accompanied by a family member, guardian, or medical assistant to help the patient.
  • Transportation appointments must be confirmed or canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time. Call or text 410-548-2471.

Please call the county transportation office at least 48 hours in advance.
