Medicare Open Enrollment is your opportunity to review your Medicare coverage and make changes for the upcoming year. Whether you’re considering a new Medicare Advantage plan, Part D prescription drug coverage, or simply want to review your current benefits, Chesapeake Health Care is here to help.
Join us for FREE, in-person help from Chesapeake Health Care’s Certified Application Counselors, who can assist you with:
- Reviewing your current Medicare coverage
- Comparing Medicare Advantage plans
- Comparing Medicare Prescription Drug (Part D) plans
- Understanding Medicare Supplement (Medigap) options
- Checking whether your doctors and prescriptions are covered
- Reviewing costs, premiums, deductibles, and copays
- Answering general Medicare enrollment questions
Please bring the following items with you:
- Your Medicare card
- A list of your current medications (including dosage)
- Your preferred pharmacy
- A list of your doctors and specialists
- Any current health insurance cards
- A photo ID
- Your Social Security number (if requested)
