We provide adult and family primary care services with a team of professionals, including your primary care physician, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner (NP). We provide individualized outpatient medical care with a team of healthcare professionals to provide a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
At Chesapeake Health Care, we place a strong emphasis on preventive care, health education, and appropriate disease management, and medical interventions. Your relationship with your Primary Care Doctor, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner is designed to be long-term and ongoing so that we can provide continuity of medical care, and allow you to make informed decisions about your health care needs.

Find a Location Near YouChesapeake Health Care’s dental department has locations in Princess Anne and Salisbury. It was established to provide high-quality dental care for our entire community. We serve people of all ages and income levels, those insured, underinsured, and uninsured. We accept Medicaid and most insurances. Chesapeake Health Care provides dental services to residents of Wicomico, Worcester, and Somerset counties. We offer comprehensive dental services with a special emphasis on prevention and restoration. Our Department of Dentistry is, by far, the largest provider of dental services to adults and children on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
With a commitment to patient care, advocacy, research, and education, our dental department serves as the clinical training site for accredited advanced education programs in pediatric dentistry in partnership with NYU Langone Medical Center.
Together with active clinical programs, the Department of Dentistry has active patient outreach programs in the schools of Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester Counties that screen, offer preventive services and case management leading to treatment for children and expectant mothers,
In addition, the Department of Dentistry has a vibrant Division of Continuing Dental Education which sponsors continuing education courses for local and internationally trained dentists.

At our Berlin Behavioral Health & Crisis Center, a team of behavioral health care providers will focus on addressing immediate crisis symptoms, providing observation, determining appropriate levels of care, and diverting unnecessary hospital admissions. Through triaging, individuals will be connected with peer and community services support, offered crisis counseling, medication management services (including psychiatric and substance abuse treatment when necessary), care navigation, and coordination of their overall health needs.

Find a Location Near YouThe Chesapeake Health Care Obstetrics/Gynecology department is located in both Princess Anne and Salisbury and is accredited by the Ultrasound Practice Accreditation Council of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM). Chesapeake Health Care earned three accreditations in the areas of first-, second-, and third-trimester obstetric ultrasound. This is the first time that our Perinatal Center has earned this distinction that recognizes the high-quality ultrasound we provide for our patients. Chesapeake Health Care’s Perinatal Center in Salisbury, Maryland is the only practice on the Eastern Shore to be awarded this coveted accreditation.
Our obstetrics department provides prenatal care for moms-to-be. Our Gynecology department provides preventive and acute gynecologic care to all women throughout their lives.
Dr. Michael Lantz is a Board-certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist specializing in maternal-fetal medicine, who is heading up our Perinatal Center in our Salisbury location. Dr. Lantz has joined Chesapeake Health Care in our OB/GYN office to provide specialized testing, and ongoing monitoring, and will perform necessary procedures for high-risk pregnancies. High-risk pregnancy factors include diabetes, hypertension, multiple gestations, advanced maternal age, etc. Genetic evaluations are also available.
We also offer urogynecology services by a board-certified Urogynecologist, Dr. Marcella Roenneburg. She offers office consultations for pelvic prolapse issues, as well as PTNS (Percutaneous Tibial Nerve Stimulation).

Find a Location Near YouChesapeake Health Care Pediatrics offers comprehensive health care for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults up to the age of 18 years. We provide all health services including well-baby checkups, immunizations, and school physicals. Our providers are Board-certified Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants.
We have convenient locations in Salisbury, Princess Anne, Berlin, and Pocomoke.
We accept most health insurances. We also work with Maryland Medicaid which has plans such as University of Maryland Health Partners, Priority Partners and Amerigroup.
The Chesapeake Health Care Pediatrics department is located in Princess Anne, Pocomoke, Berlin, and Salisbury. We provide care for children who are 18 and under. Please refer to our Locations tab for hours of operation for each location.

Chesapeake Health Care has two retail pharmacies in Princess Anne and Salisbury, MD. Picking up your prescription at the pharmacy counter after your office visit is fast and convenient. We also offer drive-thru pickup and delivery at each of our pharmacy locations.
Delivery hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
