Shehzad M. Sajid, DDS, is a Pediatric Dentist. He received his Certificate of Advanced Education in Pediatric Dentistry from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from New York University College of Dentistry.

Before joining Chesapeake Health Care he was a Pediatric Dentist at New England Family Dentistry, Western Massachusetts.

She further honed her skills through a rigorous General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, New York.

Her clinical proficiency encompasses a wide range of dental services for comprehensive care including preventive and restorative procedures, dental extractions, and dental emergency management.

Dr. Lebi brings a wealth of experience in pediatric dentistry. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Howard University and her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the Howard University College of Dentistry. She went on to complete a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS) in Pediatric Dentistry at the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine.

During her pediatric dental residency, Dr. Lebi trained at several medical facilities in Boston, Massachusetts, including Franciscan Children’s Hospital, Boston Medical Center, and the Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Most recently, she served as a Pediatric Dental Resident at Neighborhood Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center providing comprehensive care to underrepresented communities in the Boston area.

Dr. Martinelli is a Pediatric Dentist. She brings a wealth of experience in pediatric oral health, with advanced training in Pediatric Dentistry from Augusta University and a DMD from the University of Pennsylvania. She’s known for her warm, friendly approach and her ability to help children feel comfortable and confident at the dentist.

She previously cared for young patients at Kool Koala Pediatric Dentistry and Little Bees Pediatric Dentistry.

With a passion for working with children, Dr. Martinelli is dedicated to making dental visits a positive experience for every child she meets.

Dr. Rohit Sethi, DDS, is a board-certified pediatric dentist.

Dr. Sethi brings a wealth of experience in pediatric dentistry. He received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the College of Dental Sciences in Davangere, India, and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry. He then completed an AEGD residency, followed by two years of Pediatric Dental residency at NYU Langone Hospital.

Dr. Sethi also served as faculty with NYU Langone Hospital’s pediatric residency program in Maryland and is currently on staff at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional in Salisbury, MD. Before joining CHC, he provided children’s dental care at Allegany Pediatric Dentistry.

In addition to his professional expertise, Dr. Sethi is fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.

Previously, she served as an intern with The Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation Program in Salisbury, Maryland, where she provided consultative services to young children and facilitated community referrals.

Patricia R. Allen-Dark is a Mental Health Therapist. She received her B.A. in Economic History from the University of the West Indies. She also received an M.S. in Criminal Justice and an M.S. in Secondary School Counseling from Wilmington University. Before joining CHC, Patricia was a Behavioral Health Clinician with TidalHealth Peninsula.

Kayla Beale, LMSW is a Mental Health Therapist.

Kayla brings a wealth of experience and knowledge, having earned her B.S. in Psychology from Stevenson University in Owings Mills, Maryland, and her Master’s in Social Work from Salisbury University in Salisbury, Maryland.

Before joining us, Kayla served as an intern at a private practice providing therapeutic services. Kayla continued to intern at Chesapeake Health Care providing school-based and office-based therapy to a variety of populations.

George “Frank” Bowden received a Bachelor’s degree in social work and a Master’s degree in advanced standing social work from Salisbury University. Before joining Chesapeake Health Care, he worked for Maple Shade Youth and Family Services where he was a school-based counselor in Somerset County.

Tyrrell brings nearly 20 years of experience working in psychiatric rehabilitation programs and supportive services that help individuals build independence, strengthen coping skills, and achieve their personal goals. His work has focused on empowering individuals and families through practical support, life-skills development, and compassionate guidance.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and his master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.

Before joining Chesapeake Health Care, Tyrrell served as a Lead Family Support Specialist at The Personal Wellness Center, where he supervised PRP staff, developed individualized rehabilitation plans, and helped clients build the social, emotional, and coping skills needed to improve their quality of life.

Tyrrell believes in a client-centered approach that focuses on meeting individuals where they are, helping them overcome challenges, and supporting them as they work toward meaningful personal growth.

Jason Burroughs, LMSW, CAC-AD is a Mental Health Therapist.

Jason holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Salisbury University. In his most recent role as an Aftercare Coordinator/Case Manager at Hudson Behavioral Health in Salisbury, Maryland, Jason played a pivotal role in assisting patients with the development of comprehensive recovery plans for the coordination of care post-inpatient treatment.

Demonstrating a commitment to aiding individuals in managing mental health and substance use disorders while improving their overall quality of life, Jason brings a wealth of expertise to our organization.

Monica Chase, LMSW is a Mental Health Therapist.

Monica brings extensive experience and expertise, holding both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Salisbury University. Before joining us, Monica served as an Assertive Community Treatment Therapist at HealthPort, providing personalized therapy to diverse clients in community and home settings. She also spearheaded outreach initiatives for individuals experiencing homelessness.

Voshty Christopher, CRNP-PMH is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

Ms. Christopher received her B.S. in Nursing from Salisbury University, and an M.S. in Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatric/Mental Health from Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

Most recently, Ms. Christopher worked at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional Hospital in the Behavioral Health Inpatient Unit as a Psychiatric Mental Health Registered Nurse. Ms. Christopher also did her Clinical Rotation as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) student at the Worcester County Health Department where she provided comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up assessments.

Sydney Collins, LMSW, is a Mental Health Therapist.

Sydney brings extensive expertise and commitment to her role, holding both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Salisbury University.

Prior to joining us, Sydney served as a mental health counseling intern at Sussex Central High School in Georgetown, DE. There, she conducted individual sessions for students with counseling needs outlined in their IEPs (Individualized Education Plans). Sydney also facilitated social-emotional groups addressing behavioral issues, conflict resolution, and empowerment for young women.

Ellen Cook is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). She is licensed as an LCPC with Maryland and a CADC-11 for addiction counseling.

Jami Cook, LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker), received a B.S. in Social Work from Shippensburg University in Shippensburg, PA, and an M.S. in Social Work from Salisbury University.

Before joining CHC, Jami was a Senior Social Worker/Case Worker for the State of Delaware, Division of Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities where she provided case management to connect elderly clients with physical disabilities to in-home and community resources.

Roberto Donati received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the Universidad Argentina J.F. Kennedy in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and his master’s degree as a clinical mental health counselor from Wilmington University in Wilmington, Delaware.

Before joining the team at Chesapeake Health Care, Roberto was in private practice for 11 years as a licensed psychologist before moving to the U.S.

Laura Donoway, LCSW-C, is a licensed, certified social worker-clinical with over 15 years of experience in substance-use treatment facilities, including a 12-year history as an addiction counselor.

Laura earned her Associate of Science in Chemical Dependency Counseling from Wor-Wic Community College before going on to complete both her Bachelor’s and Master of Social Work degrees at Salisbury University.

Most recently, Laura served as a Mental Health Therapist at Warwick Manor Behavioral Health in East New Market, Maryland, where she managed a caseload of adult clients, developed treatment plans, and provided individual therapy and crisis intervention. She also treated everything from mood disorders and ADHD to schizophrenia, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and substance-use disorders.

Brianna Dulsky, LMSW, is a Mental Health Therapist.

Brianna recently graduated with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Salisbury University. During her time as an MSW Intern with us, Brianna provided invaluable individual therapy to children and played a key role in connecting clients with essential resources and developing personalized treatment plans.

Before joining the team at Chesapeake Health Care, Lori was a PRP Specialist at Arrow Child & Family Ministries, where she provided therapeutic services to children and adolescents.

Morgan Gamble, LCPC is a Mental Health Therapist.

Morgan received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut, and an M.S.ed. in Counseling from Fordham University in New York.

Most recently, Morgan was in private practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Forty Fort, Pennsylvania, where she provided mental health treatment to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting.

Amy Garlington, LCPC is a Mental Health Therapist.

Amy received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Salisbury University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Towson University. Before joining CHC, Amy was a Testing Coordinator and an LGPC Therapist in a local private practice in Salisbury, where she completed comprehensive biopsychosocial intake evaluations and administered age-appropriate testing batteries for various mental health diagnoses. She also has previous experience in the neuropsychology department of a children’s hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, and providing therapy in a community mental health facility in Columbia, Maryland.

Jayde Gilliece, LMSW, is a Mental Health Therapist.

Jayde brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from West Virginia University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Salisbury University.

Before joining us, Jayde served as an intern with the Department of Veterans Affairs Caregiver Support Program, where she conducted wellness contact assessments for veterans and caregivers, and participated in community outreach events during National Family Caregiver Month.

Dilara Gibb, LMSW, is a Mental Health Therapist.

Dilara earned her Master of Social Work degree at Salisbury University, where she developed a strong clinical foundation in supporting individuals through life’s challenges with compassion and evidence-based care. Throughout her professional experience prior to joining Chesapeake Health Care, she worked in behavioral health settings serving diverse populations, helping clients navigate concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

Dilara is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healing journey. She is committed to meeting individuals where they are and partnering with them to achieve their personal goals.

Phillip is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Phillip is an ANCC Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a recent  Walden University PMHNP graduate with more than 12 years of clinical experience as an RN.

Rebecca Hall, LMSW, CSC-AD is a Mental Health Therapist.

Ms. Hall earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Salisbury University. She also obtained a Chemical Dependency Counseling degree from Wor-Wic Community College in Salisbury, Maryland.

Before joining us, Ms. Hall was a Counselor, LMSW at Hudson Health Services in Salisbury, Maryland, where she provided individual and group therapy for men’s halfway housing. She also provided assessments, treatment planning, case management, and therapeutic interventions.

Jason Hawkins obtained his Master of Social Work from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.

Before joining the team at Chesapeake Health Care, Jason was a Mobile Crisis Specialist at Affiliated Sante Group where he worked closely with law enforcement and community resource agencies to help individuals in crisis situations transition to a higher level of care.

Shawnata Haywood, is a Mental Health Therapist. She obtained her M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.

Before joining the team at Chesapeake Health Care, Shawnata was the Associate Athletic Director for Compliance/Mental Health Liaison at UMES.

Bryant Howard received a bachelor’s in psychology and a master’s in social work from Salisbury University in Salisbury, Maryland.

He comes to Chesapeake Health Care from Eastern Shore Psychological Services, where he worked as a Mental Health Therapist.

Justin Howard is a Mental Health Therapist. Justin obtained a B.A. and a Master’s in Social Work from Salisbury University. He also obtained a Master of Education in School Counseling from Wilmington University.

Sharon Janssen obtained a B.A. and a Master’s in Social Work from Salisbury University in Salisbury, Maryland.

Before joining CHC, Sharon was a Medical Social Worker for Coastal Hospice & Palliative Care in Salisbury where she provided emotional support and education to patients and their families.

Since her graduation from Salisbury University, Sydney has been a Mental Health Clinical Assistant at Chesapeake Health Care, helping the staff provide a positive experience to the children enrolled in our Summer Mental Health Therapeutic Program.

Julie A. Kinhart, CRNP-PMH, is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She received a Master of Science in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Herzing University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wilmington University in New Castle, Delaware.

Ms. Kinhart has 15 years of nursing experience providing education and treatment of chronic illnesses to patients and their families, most recently at TidalHealth Medical Center. She strives to provide patient-centered behavioral health care in a stigma-free environment.

Kerri Lambert, LCSW-C is a Mental Health Therapist.

Kerri holds a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. She also holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore Campus.

Most recently, Kerri worked at the Veterans Health Administration in Staunton, Virginia as an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist – Clinical Social Work. She provided evidence-based practice interventions to the Veteran population.

Kristen is a Mental Health Therapist.

She earned her Master of Social Work from Salisbury University in Salisbury, Maryland, and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wesley College in Dover, Delaware.

Before joining Chesapeake Health Care, Kristen served as a Women’s & Children’s and Targeted Advanced Case Management Team Social Worker at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional in Salisbury, Maryland.

Karen is a Mental Health Therapist. She received her B.S. in Deaf Studies from Towson  University in Towson, Maryland, and her M.A. in Mental Health Counseling with a specialty in counseling deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals from Gallaudet University in Washington, DC.

Before joining Chesapeake Health Care, Karen was the Associate Director at Balance Point Wellness, a community-based holistic mental health and wellness center in Salisbury, Maryland.

Mallory Lloyd, LMSW received her Bachelor of Social Work and her Master of Social Work from Salisbury University in Salisbury, Maryland.

Before joining Chesapeake Health Care, Mallory was a counselor at the Salisbury University Counseling Center where she held therapeutic individual sessions and crisis intervention with clients.

Katie Lukehart received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Stevenson University in Baltimore, Maryland, and her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Indiana, Pennsylvania.

Before joining the team at Chesapeake Health Care, Katie was a Behavioral Health Consultant at Chase Brexton Health Care Mt. Vernon in Baltimore. Maryland.

Sujata Malla, CRNP-PMH is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona, and a Master of Science in Nursing – Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Frontier Nursing University in Versailles, Kentucky.

Before joining Chesapeake Health Care, Ms. Malla served as a Registered Nurse at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional, where she excelled as the Outpatient Clinical Nurse for the behavioral health Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).

Monserrat Matos received a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from Wilmington University and Master’s in Social Work from Delaware State University.

Before joining Chesapeake Health Care, Monserrat was a Patient Care Management LMSW at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional where she conducted patient discharge assessments to provide for home health, rehabilitation facilities, and outpatient referrals. She worked with multiple agencies to coordinate services for discharged clients.

Cynthia Marrufo, LMSW is a Mental Health Therapist. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Social Work (Clinical Social Work track) from Salisbury University.

She has been an integral part of our organization, serving as a Client Navigator and PRP Specialist. In these roles, she assisted the Director of Behavioral Health with grant implementation and metrics, conducted intakes for adult mental health care patients, and provided therapeutic sessions and treatment plans.

Karyn received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Development Studies, Social Work focus, from the University of Waterloo, in Waterloo, Ontario, and her Master of Social Work from Salisbury University.

Before joining the team at Chesapeake Health Care, Karyn was a Day Program Coordinator at GoGetters/Lower Shore Clinic.

Elizabeth is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from the Saint Louis University School of Nursing with a Post Masters Certificate in Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

During her clinical rotations at Saint Louis University, Elizabeth conducted individual and group psychotherapy and medication management. She is bilingual in Spanish.

Ashley obtained her Master of Social Work from Salisbury University.

Before joining the team at Chesapeake Health Care, Ashley was a Comprehensive Case Manager with First State Community Action Agency in Georgetown, Delaware, where she worked with clients to help them advance to a more self-sufficient lifestyle by obtaining housing, employment, and education.

Catherine O’Leary, LCPC received her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Waynesburg University, in Waynesburg, PA.

Stacey Ogburn, CRNP-PMH, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 17 years of nursing experience and specialized training in adult, child, and adolescent behavioral health. She brings a strong background in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, with experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and crisis intervention.

She is passionate about helping individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their mental health journey. Her goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel safe, understood, and fully supported.

She graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Walden University in Minneapolis, MN. She is an ANCC Board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).

Prior to becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Ogburn served as a Clinical Supervisor and Charge Nurse in cardiac telemetry, surgical, and critical care units at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury.

Kaitlyn Osowiecki, LMSW received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Salisbury University. Recently, Kaitlyn was a School Social Work Intern at Buckingham Elementary School for Worcester County Public Schools where she assisted with behavior interventions, and worked with students Pre K-3 through fourth grade.

Deborah is a Mental Health Therapist.

Ms. Parker earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and her Master’s in Agency Counseling from the University of Delaware. With more than 30 years of experience, she is a seasoned professional dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing mental health and substance use challenges.

Zhe is skilled in a wide range of treatment modalities and evidence-based practices, with expertise in both individual and group therapy, as well as recovery-focused approaches.

Lisa Rekos earned both her bachelor’s and master’s in social work from Salisbury University, in Salisbury, Maryland.

Ryan brings a wealth of experience and education to our team, having earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Salisbury University and another Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. He furthered his expertise with a Master’s in Social Work from Salisbury University.

Before joining us, Ryan interned as a school-based therapist at the Worcester County Health Department and served as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker there. His background and dedication make him a valuable addition to Salisbury’s behavioral health care team.

Mark Shaffer received his MSW and PhD from Marywood University.

Mark has worked in a variety of clinical settings and currently specializes in work focused on anxiety, depression, trauma, and developing a healthy sense of self. He has significant training in trauma, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and other clinical areas.

Sloan Selleh, LMSW is a Mental Health Therapist. Sloan brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as a Mental Health Therapist.

Sloan earned her Bachelor’s degree in Law and Criminal Justice from Hood College and went on to complete her Master of Social Work at Salisbury University.
Before joining us, she served as a Mental Health Professional at Wellpath, Wicomico County Detention Center in Salisbury. There, Sloan was an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, providing essential clinical care, crisis intervention, and counseling services to the adult population.

R. Elizabeth Shelton, LMSW is a Mental Health Therapist.

Ms. Shelton brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as a Mental Health Therapist. She holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work from Salisbury University and has over 13 years of expertise in the substance use field. Her professional journey includes comprehensive knowledge in Psychosocial Assessments, Treatment Plans, Crisis Intervention, and both Group and Individual Counseling.

Before joining Chesapeake Health Care, Ms. Shelton served as Lead Counselor at Warwick Manor Behavioral Health in East New Market, Maryland, where she made a significant impact with her compassionate approach and commitment to client care.

Alexa Lynn Y. Shoultes, LCSW-C received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Salisbury University. She also received her Master of Social Work from Salisbury University.

Most recently, Alexa worked in Chesapeake Health Care’s pediatrics department as a Behavioral Health Integration Specialist where she developed individual goals and treatment plans for children.

Diane is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Diane received a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Wilmington University and a Master’s Degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Eastern Kentucky University.

Tasia received a B.A. in Psychology from the State University of New York at Purchase, and her M.S. in Social Work from Salisbury University.

Before joining CHC full-time, Tasia was a School-based Mental Health Intern in our Princess Anne office where she visited area elementary schools and participated in therapy sessions.

Colleen Snitzer received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland College Park, and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Salisbury University. She has experience in providing therapy for children and adolescents, including school-based therapy for intermediate, middle, and high school students.

Jessica Stephenson, LCSW-C is a Mental Health Therapist. She received her Bachelor of Psychology with a focus in Counseling from Liberty University and a Masters in Social Work from Salisbury University. She has worked in a variety of settings including nursing homes, rehousing programs, hospitals, mobile crisis, and school settings. Jessica has a passion for working with adolescents and adults to help them cope with anxiety, depression, life transitions, family/peer conflict, and low self-esteem.

Rachel Thomas received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, her Masters of Social Work and LMSW license from Salisbury University in Salisbury, Maryland.

Before joining us full time, Rachel completed an internship with Chesapeake Health Care as a Mental Health Counselor. She also worked with elementary and high school students in an after-school and summer therapeutic program.

Dr. Kyle Ward is a Psychiatrist. He received his B.S. in Biology and his M.S. in Applied Biology from Salisbury University. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA.

Before joining Chesapeake Health Care, Dr. Ward was the Attending Psychiatrist at Einstein Healthcare Network where he provided psychiatric consultations and crisis intervention for patients.

Sandra received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Salisbury University in Salisbury, Maryland.

Before joining Chesapeake Health Care, she was a Treatment Level Foster Care Case Manager at Arrow Child and Family Ministries in Baltimore, Maryland.

Carrie L. Williams, LMSW, is a Mental Health Therapist. Carrie received her Bachelor’s and her Master’s degrees from Salisbury University.

Before joining Chesapeake Health Care, she was a School Social Worker at Glen Avenue Elementary in Salisbury.

Tammy Witzke is a Mental Health Therapist. She obtained a bachelor’s in psychology, and a master’s in clinical mental health counseling from Wilmington University in Delaware.

Tammy comes to Chesapeake Health Care from Salisbury University, where she worked in the Counseling Center.

Bennett received his Bachelor’s of Social Work from Salisbury University, and his Master’s of Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore Campus.

Before joining Chesapeake Health Care, Bennett was with the Salisbury Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Salisbury where he was the Director of Social Services since 2002.

Her clinical training included a wide range of practicum experiences at Village Square Family Practice, Chesapeake Pediatric & Adolescent Associates, and Eastern Shore Primary Care & Wellness. Most recently, Chelsea served as a Staff RN on the Clinical Response Team at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional, where she provided critical care support to patients during testing and procedures.
