Jami Cook, LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker), received a B.S. in Social Work from Shippensburg Univeristy in Shippensburg, PA, and an M.S. in Social Work from Salisbury University.
Before joining CHC, Jami was a Senior Social Worker/Case Worker for the State of Delaware, Division of Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities where she provided case management to connect elderly clients with physical disabilities to in-home and community resources.
