Mark obtained his B.A. in Psychology from North Park University in Chicago, IL. He then received his Master of Social Work from Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, NY.
Before joining the team at Chesapeake Health Care, Mark was a Treatment Foster Care Supervisor at Arrow Child & Family Ministries where he was in charge of training new foster parents and facilitating the placement of foster children into the homes of suitable foster parents.
