Monserrat Matos received a B.S. in Behavioral Science from Wilmington University and an M.S. in Social Work from Delaware State University.
Before joining Chesapeake Health Care, Monserrat was a Patient Care Management LMSW at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional where she conducted patient discharge assessments to provide for home health, rehabilitation facilities, and outpatient referrals. She worked with multiple agencies to coordinate services for discharged clients.
