Patricia R. Allen-Dark is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC). She received her B.A. in Economic History from the University of the West Indies. She also received an M.S. in Criminal Justice, and an M.S. in Secondary School Counseling from Wilmington University. Before joining CHC, Patricia was a Behavioral Health Clinician with TidalHealth Peninsula.
