Living Well Workshops – Chronic Disease Self-Management

In this FREE 6-week educational workshop, you’ll learn how to manage ongoing health conditions. We’ll show you skills to help you have increased energy and physical activity, and decreased pain, fatigue, depression, and health distress. This workshop is also for those caring for people with ongoing health conditions.
Topics include:
• Exercises and nutrition tips
• Tips for managing pain and fatigue
• Ways to deal with difficult emotions and depression.
• Medications and making treatment decisions
• How to talk with your family, friends, and healthcare providers… and more!
